• How much are the machines to buy?
  We do not sell the machines in the UK, however we can give you a machine FREE! Please see pricing for information.
  
  
• What is the contract length?
  Like you we want our business relationship to work for us both. After our initial site visit is completed, we place your machine with you on a trail period for three months.
  When this period expires, you have the opportunity to agree
  a two year contract with us for the supply of the machine.
  
  
• Can I buy one from somewhere else?
  Happy Days Vending supply the ONLY fully Automatic candyfloss machine in the world!
  It has taken over 5 years to perfect it, so if you find another one please let us know!
  
  
• Can I get a machine free if I live outside of the UK?
  Happy Days Vending do not operate outside of the UK, however we do have several customers all over the world that may be able to help you.
  Alternatively you can buy and own a machine. Please contact us for more details.
  
  
• Do we need any special equipment or extra staff to benefit from a machine?
  No, all you require is a standard 13amp plug socket. The machine is on sturdy wheels and can be located any where inside your business premises to maximize sales.
  Just plug it in, switch it on, and watch as it does all the hard work for you, and earns you extra profits!
  
  
• Are the machines difficult to look after?
  Like most things the more you look after something, the more
  it looks after you!
  The machine makes fresh candyfloss on a paper stick, therefore it will require a small amount of cleaning, which takes about 3-5 mins at the end of a trading day.
  This is enough to ensure your money making machine is ready to make lots of fresh candyfloss the very next day!
  
  
• What stock do I need to buy?
  Happy Days Vending provides the special Biodegradable sticks FREE of charge, and depending upon the terms of our agreement, we can also supply the required flavoured sugar to make the candyfloss.
  
  
• Can I have different flavours?
  Yes! Your machine can produce up to 10 different flavours!
  The variety is achieved by the different flavour of sugar you stock your machine with.
  
  
• How long will the stock last for?
  None of the stock used to make a fresh candyfloss has a shelf life on it.
  The vending capacity of the machine ensures that you will always have sufficient stock to last all day, even the busiest of days.
  A single machine will hold 1200 paper sticks and enough sugar for 400 vends, however if you are lucky enough to have a venue where this will not last an entire day, we will happily supply you with a second machine!
  Several of our existing customers have more than one machine. What a fantastic problem to have!
  
  
• Is candyfloss bad for your health or your teeth?
  Like everything... eat too much of a good thing and you will feel negative effects!
  It is not what you eat that damages your teeth, it is NOT brushing after eating that causes the damage.
  For a machine producing a Natural flavour candyfloss, the following facts are true:

• What do we do if we have a problem with our machine from Happy days Vending?
  Happy Days Vending pride ourselves on our personal and excellent level of customer service and support we give to our customers.
  In the first instance, should a problem occur, one of our specialist technicians will call you and advise on possible simple solutions.
  If this does not cure your problem, we will make a dash to see you to ensure you are fully operational ASAP. This is teamwork. If you lose, then we lose too!
